    A comprehensive session designed to equip you with practical tips and strategies to improve your baby's sleep. We’ll dive into the science of infant sleep, common sleep myths, and how to create a calming bedtime routine.

  • Sleep Support for Ages 0-6 Months

    For newborns and young infants, this isn’t a classic sleep training consultation but a personalized session focused on optimizing sleep conditions and addressing common issues like short naps, frequent night wakings, and adjusting wake windows. This service offers fine-tuning tips to help set the foundation for better sleep.

  • Sleep Consultation for Ages 6 Months and Older

    A month-long, in-depth support process tailored to your child’s needs. We start with a detailed sleep questionnaire to understand your baby’s patterns, followed by Zoom meetings to create a customized plan. Our focus is on gradual, gentle changes that improve sleep quality without compromising your bond.

  • Signs of Tiredness & Wake Windows Guidance (30-minute Session) 

      A focused consultation to help you identify your baby’s sleep cues and understand optimal wake windows,          making it easier to put your baby down for naps and bedtime at the right time for better sleep outcomes.
