Breastfeeding Consultation

As an IBCLC-certified lactation consultant, I provide personalized, professional support to help you achieve your breastfeeding goals.

Together, we’ll take a detailed health history to assess your needs, including breast assessment, evaluating your baby’s oral motor, anatomy and tongue function, do a test weighing to track feeding success and growth.

We will then create a customized care plan for you and your baby.

 

I’m here to guide you through challenges like nipple pain, plugged ducts, mastitis, engorgement, fungal infections, milk supply issues, tongue tie, and any other challenge that may arise along the way.​

Additionally, I can support you through transitions or combining bottles, returning to work, or weaning.

​

As a multidisciplinary therapist, I also offer physical/ hands-on work in cases of engorgement, edema, blocked ducts, and mastitis through lymphatic massage and Kinesio taping, both of which are highly effective.

With my expertise of over 24  years in infant care, I can provide you with natural solutions for issues like gas, spit-ups, constipation, side preferences, and more.
