​The first 1,000 days are a crucial and formative period in our children's future. This period, from the beginning of pregnancy until the age of two, is a precious window of opportunity—full of challenges and exhaustion, but also offering immense flexibility and rewards.

During this time, there are countless things we can do to maximize our children's potential- from a good and empowering pregnancy and birth experience to a sensitive and quick response to our babies cries to providing the right kind of stimulation for their bodies and senses to offering plenty of touch, movement, and good nutrition and to many more tools.
